  • 1/2 cup dry red wine
  • 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 lamb chops

How To Make marinated lamb chops

  • Step 1
    Combine the red wine, vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper. Pour over the lamb chops. Let marinade in the fridge for at least 4 hours or just all day.
  • Step 2
    Remove from marinade and place in a hot pan with a little olive oil. Cook about 5 minutes each side.
