- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
- salt and pepper
- 4 lamb chops
How To Make marinated lamb chops

Step 1Combine the red wine, vinegar, mustard, and salt and pepper. Pour over the lamb chops. Let marinade in the fridge for at least 4 hours or just all day.

Step 2Remove from marinade and place in a hot pan with a little olive oil. Cook about 5 minutes each side.
