Ingredients
- 1 pound lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped, fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped, fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make grilled herb lamb chops

Step 1Mix together the olive oil and lemon juice then stir in the garlic, thyme, parsley, and salt.

Step 2Place the chops in a zip lock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal bag, marinate for 2 hours at room temp.

Step 3Grill over hot coals covered, for 4 minutes per side for medium rare to rare or 6 minutes on each side for medium to medium well.
