  • 1 lb
    lamb chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp
    chopped, fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped, fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt

How to Make Grilled Herb Lamb Chops


  1. Mix together the olive oil and lemon juice then stir in the garlic, thyme, parsley, and salt.
  2. Place the chops in a zip lock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal bag, marinate for 2 hours at room temp.
  3. Grill over hot coals covered, for 4 minutes per side for medium rare to rare or 6 minutes on each side for medium to medium well.
