Ingredients
- 1 12/ pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1/4 cup sugar (or less to taste)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon bottled ground fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make grilled asian ginger steak

Step 1In a gallon bag, add the flank steak and pour 1/4 cup soy sauce over the steak. Seal the bag and move the marinade around to thoroughly cover the steak.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.

Step 3Grill steak on a hot grill for approximately 5 minutes per side. Baste with sauce mixture.

Step 4Slice steak diagonally across grain and drizzle remaining sauce over the steak slices.
