Ingredients For xo noodles with shrimp

  • 12 oz
    shrimp peeled and deveined
  • MARINADE
  • 1 tsp
    shaoxing wine
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    cornstarch
  • SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp
    xo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark soy sauce
  • 2 tsp
    light soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    white pepper
  • STIR FRY
  • 8 oz
    rice noodles cooked according to package directions
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2
    baby bok choy sliced
  • 1
    carrot shredded

How To Make xo noodles with shrimp

  • 1
    Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the shrimp. Let marinate at least 1 hour.

    Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

    Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. Set aside.

    In a Wok add the oil over med. high heat and add the garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook until browned on both sides then transfer to a plate and set aside.

    Add the bok choy and carrots cook about 1 minute. Add the noodles and stir until coated then add the sauce then the shrimp back in and cook 1 minute. Serve
