Ingredients
- 12 ounces shrimp peeled and deveined
- MARINADE
- 1 teaspoon shaoxing wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons xo sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- STIR FRY
- 8 ounces rice noodles cooked according to package directions
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 baby bok choy sliced
- 1 carrot shredded
How To Make xo noodles with shrimp

Step 1Mix the marinade ingredients together and add the shrimp. Let marinate at least 1 hour.

Step 2Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

Step 3Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain. Set aside.

Step 4In a Wok add the oil over med. high heat and add the garlic. Cook 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook until browned on both sides then transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 5Add the bok choy and carrots cook about 1 minute. Add the noodles and stir until coated then add the sauce then the shrimp back in and cook 1 minute. Serve
