Ingredients
- 8 - salmon fillets (6 ounces)
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sea salt mixed with black pepper
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- CHEESE MARINADE
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make cheesy oven-fried salmon

Step 1Place salmon fillets in a medium bowl, add old bay seasoning, sea salt/black pepper, and onion powder; mix well.

Step 2To make Cheese Marinade, in a large bowl, combine heavy cream, melted margarine, milk, cubed cream cheese, and the next 3 ingredients. Whisk together for 3 minutes until blended.

Step 3Put seasoned salmon fillets into a large Ziploc bag.

Step 4Pour Cheese Marinade into the salmon fillets in the bag. Zip the bag and shake it.

Step 5Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Step 6Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 7Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Coat with a nonstick cooking spray.

Step 8Place bread crumbs, Italian dressing mix, and shredded Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.

Step 9Take the cheese covered fillets out of the bag with tongs.

Step 10Dredge and coated the fillets in bread crumb mixture.

Step 11Place the fillets on the aluminum foil covered roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.
