    salmon fillets
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian dressing mix
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • WISCONSIN MARINADE
  • 1 3/4 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/2 c
    melted margarine
  • 1 c
    three cheese ranch dressing
  • 1 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 c
    shredded italian cheese blend
  • 1 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make wisconsin salmon (cheesy baked salmon)

    To make Wisconsin Marinade,in a large bowl,combine heavy cream,melted margarine,three cheese ranch dressing,whipped cream cheese and next 3 ingredients,whisk together until blend.

    Season salmon fillets with sea salt,black pepper and italian seasoning

    Put salmon fillets into a large ziplock bag.

    Pour Wisconsin Marinade into the salmon fillets in the bag.Zip the bag and shake it.

    refrigerate for 3 hours.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.Sprayed with cooking spray.

    Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish.

    Take the cheese covered fillets out of the bag with tongs.

    Dredge and coated the fillets in bread crumbs.

    Place the fillets on the aluminum foil covered roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.
