Ingredients
- 4 ounces glass noodles
- 8 ounces crab meat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 dash green onions, white and green parts separated
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 6 tablespoons chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Step 1Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the glass noodles and let boil for 5 minutes the remove from the heat, Cut the noodles with kitchen scissors and set aside.

Step 2In a small bowl mix the Hoisin, chicken stock, and white pepper. Set aside.

Step 3Add the oil to a sauté pan and add the white parts of the green onions and bell pepper. Sauté about 5 minutes Add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add the crab meat and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4Drain the noodles and add to the sauté pan. Stir in the hoisin mixture and heat 2 minutes. Serve with fresh cilantro.
