Ingredients For tuscan shrimp

1 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined

2 Tbspolive oil

20grape tomatoes, cut in half

3 cfresh spinach

1/2 cheavy cream

1/2 cParmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cfresh basil, chiffonade

How To Make tuscan shrimp

1Season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to a saucepan and cook the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

2Add the butter to the same pan. Add the shallot and garlic and cook 1 minutes. Add the tomatoes and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.

3Pour in the heavy cream and add the Parmesan. Cook until the Parmesan is melted.

4Stir in the basil. Serve with a lemon wedge for drizzling.
