Ingredients
- SUSHI RICE
- 1/2 cup sushi rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- STACK
- 4 tablespoons mashed avocado
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons diced small cucumbers
- 1/3 cup small diced ahi tuna
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons Kewpie mayo divided
- 2 teaspoons furikake
- 6 slices pickled sushi ginger
- 2 tablespoons eel sauce
How To Make tuna sushi stack

Step 1Place the sushi rice in a bowl and add water to cover, and let it sit for 15 minutes. Drain the rice and place it in a steamer. Steam the rice for about 15 minutes. Add the salt and vinegar. Let cool.

Step 2Mix the sriracha and 1 Tbsp Kewpie mayo. Mix it into the tuna.

Step 3Peel and smash the avocado. Add the salt and vinegar.

Step 4Get your cake ring molds and start with the rice, and press it into the bottom.

Step 5Then add the avocado.

Step 6Then the cucumbers.

Step 7Top with tuna.

Step 8Then the furikake and the remaining Kewpie.

Step 9Remove the ring mold and then add the ginger and drizzle with eel sauce.
