- 4 tuna steaks
- salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 medium onions sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar, or red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons suga
How To Make tuna steaks with sweet & sour onions

Step 1Season your tuna steaks and set aside to come to room temp.

Step 2Add half the olive oil to a skillet. Add the onions. Cook on medium low until they become browned. Mix the vinegar and sugar together. Pour over the onions and let the vinegar evaporate and the onions become shiny and glazy. Season with salt

Step 3Place the rest of the oil in a skillet and sear the tuna steaks on both sides for about 3 minutes each side. Serve with the onions
