Ingredients
- 4 tuna steaks
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter softened
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- olive oil
- fresh microgreens for garnish
How To Make tuna steaks w lemon parsley butter & microgreens

Step 1Mix the butter, lemon juice, and parsley together. Divide into 4 little balls.

Step 2Season the Tuna with salt and pepper. Add oil to a cast iron pan. Sear the tuna 3 minutes each side. Remove pan from heat and place a ball of butter mixture on top of each tuna steaks.Let the butter melt and coat the steaks.

Step 3Serve garnished with microgreens.
