Ingredients

  • 4 tuna steaks
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • olive oil
  • fresh microgreens for garnish

How To Make tuna steaks w lemon parsley butter & microgreens

  • Step 1
    Mix the butter, lemon juice, and parsley together. Divide into 4 little balls.
  • Step 2
    Season the Tuna with salt and pepper. Add oil to a cast iron pan. Sear the tuna 3 minutes each side. Remove pan from heat and place a ball of butter mixture on top of each tuna steaks.Let the butter melt and coat the steaks.
  • Step 3
    Serve garnished with microgreens.
