peeled deveined shrimp rough chop
2 Tbsp
red curry paste
1 large
egg
2 tsp
fish sauce
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
coconut cream
1/4 c
chinese long beans chopped
2 Tbsp
thai basil leaves chopped
2 Tbsp
oil

SWEET CILANTRO SAUCE

1/2 c
thai sweet chili sauce
1 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp
each cilantro chopped and brown sugar
1 tsp
ginger minced

How to Make Thai Shrimp Cake w Sweet Cilantro Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Make the sweet cilantro sauce by mixing all ingredients together and set aside..
  • 2Chill the shrimp for 15 minutes. Combine the chilled shrimp with the red curry paste, egg, fish sauce, sugar, Chinese long beans, basil and coconut cream in a food processor. Make into patties
  • 3Heat oil in skillet. Fry the patties in oil until they are browned and cooked through about 5 minutes. Serve drizzled with sweet cilantro sauce
