  • 8 ounces peeled deveined shrimp rough chop
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup chinese long beans chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thai basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • SWEET CILANTRO SAUCE
  • 1/2 cup thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons each cilantro chopped and brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced

How To Make thai shrimp cake w sweet cilantro sauce

  • Step 1
    Make the sweet cilantro sauce by mixing all ingredients together and set aside..
  • Step 2
    Chill the shrimp for 15 minutes. Combine the chilled shrimp with the red curry paste, egg, fish sauce, sugar, Chinese long beans, basil and coconut cream in a food processor. Make into patties
  • Step 3
    Heat oil in skillet. Fry the patties in oil until they are browned and cooked through about 5 minutes. Serve drizzled with sweet cilantro sauce
