- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground birds eye chili
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tuna steaks
- 4 green onions sliced
How To Make thai inspired tuna steaks

Step 1Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili, and garlic in a bowl. Add tuna steaks and marinate for 15 minutes. Remove the tuna steaks and place the marinade in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and let simmer while cooking the steaks.

Step 2Get a cast iron or skillet hot and add a little oil. Sear the steaks on all sides until desired doneness.

Step 3Serve the steaks topped with the sauce and green onions
