Ingredients
- 4 8 oz tuna steaks
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup sake
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- green onions chopped for garnish
How To Make teriyaki tuna steak

Step 1Mix the soy sauce, sake, lemon juice, brown sugar, tomato paste and garlic together. Place the steaks in the marinade. Cover and let marinate for 4 hours.

Step 2Remove the steaks from the marinate. Pour the marinate into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and let reduce for 10 minutes.

Step 3Get your grille super hot or if using a pan add some oil and get it hot. Sear the tuna steaks on each side for about 4 minutes per side. Pour the sauce over top and garnish with green onions
