Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 teaspoons sake
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 12 scallops
- 3 scallions chopped
- hoisin sauce
How To Make teriyaki scallops

Step 1Combine the soy sauce, mirin, sake, garlic and sugar. Add the scallops and let marinate about 20 minutes.

Step 2Heat a broiler Line a broiler pan with foil. Brush with oil. Drain the scallops reserving the marinade. Place the scallops on the broiler pan.

Step 3Brush the scallops with the marinade.and broil 4 inches from the heat souce for about 3 minutes. Turn the scallops and brush with marinade broil another 3 minutes.

Step 4Serve garnished with scallions and hoisin sauce
