Ingredients
- 4 limes
- 4 salmon fillets
- salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 stalks green onions chopped
How To Make sweet and spicy salmon

Step 1Slice 3 of the limes and juice one lime. Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

Step 2In a saucepan melt the butter and add the sweet chili sauce, garlic, brown sugar, lime juice and red pepper flakes. Mix well and cook until sugar has dissolved.

Step 3Preheat oven 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray the foil. Arrange the 3 lime sliced and set the salmon fillets on the lime slices. Drizzle the sweet chili sauce over the fillets. Bake for 25 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
