This recipe came about when me and my best friend were starving after a few glasses of wine on the deck and this is what we threw together it knocked our socks off! LOL we made it 4 days in a row!
The name is for Sherri my best friend because she is a transplanted Cajun from the Bayou to the Mountains! We don't like BBQ so this is our style of BBQ
2 lb16-20 count jumbo shrimp (heads and shells on if you can find head-on) but keep the shells on!
2 bottleitalian dressing
2fresh lemons (if you use lemon juice use 1/4 cup)
2bulbs fresh garlic
·salt and pepper to taste
1-2loaves hearty bread (i always make ciabatta or french)
