Ingredients
- 2 sushi grade tuna steaks
- MARINADE
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 green onions chopped
- sesame seed
- chili oil to taste
How To Make sushi style tuna bites

Step 1Make the marinade Place the soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl. Whisk in the vegetable oil until its slightly creamy.

Step 2Cut the tuna into bite size pieces and place in the marinade and let marinate 1 hour. Serve raw or broil for about 2 minutes each side.

Step 3dipping sauce. Mix all ingredients together.
