This is good whether you cook it or not. I like it better raw but rare is good to. Serve with some pickled Ginger and Wasabi is you like

Ingredients

  • 2 sushi grade tuna steaks
  • MARINADE
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • DIPPING SAUCE
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 green onions chopped
  • sesame seed
  • chili oil to taste

How To Make sushi style tuna bites

  • Step 1
    Make the marinade Place the soy sauce, lemon juice and sugar in a bowl. Whisk in the vegetable oil until its slightly creamy.
  • Step 2
    Cut the tuna into bite size pieces and place in the marinade and let marinate 1 hour. Serve raw or broil for about 2 minutes each side.
  • Step 3
    dipping sauce. Mix all ingredients together.
