Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 2 cups celery, sliced thin
- 1 cup green pepper, sliced thin
- 1 cup onion, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup pimiento, chopped
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make super shrimp supper, mom

Step 1Cook celery, pepper and onion until partially cooked in 1/4 c butter. Combine with shrimp and pimiento. Mix sour cream, half and half, lemon juice and seasonings. Combine 3/4 c mixture with rice and mushrooms. Spread rice in a greased 9x13 dish, place shrimp on top, cover with cream mixture. Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees 30-35 min.

Step 2You can also make this the day before and refrigerate, but add 30 min to the baking time.
