Super Salmon Cakes
The absolute best when served with a nice cheese sauce!

The prep time doesn't include the 45 minutes in the refrigerator.

1/4 cminced onion
1 Tbsplemon juice
1/4 tspseasoned salt
1/4 tspred pepper (cayenne)
1 can(s)salmon (drained, skin and bones removed)
1 cdry bread crumbs
How to Make Super Salmon Cakes
- Combine the first five ingredients.
Stir in the egg, flaked salmon, and 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs.
Refrigerate for 45 minutes.
- Divide mixture into 8 balls.
Roll balls in the remaining bread crumbs.
Flatten balls into 1/2 inch thick patties.
- Fry in melted butter for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until nicely browned.
- These are awesome served with a cheese sauce.
