Ingredients
- 3 - salmon fillets cut down the middle lengthwise
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese softened
- 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder and ground ginger
- 1/4 cup each soy sauce, brown sugar, and honey
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- SRIRACHA MAYO
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
How To Make stuffed salmon roll ups with sriracha mayo

Step 1First make the mayo. Mix the mayonnaise together with Sriracha sauce and sweetened condensed milk. Set aside in refrigerator.

Step 2Mix the cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and set aside. Mix the cream cheese with the garlic powder and ground ginger. Spread the cream cheese mixture down the middle of each piece of Salmon. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 3Mix the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar and garlic together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened. Pour over salmon rolls.

Step 4Bake for 15 minutes basting with the sauce. Remove from oven and remove toothpicks. Serve with Sriracha mayo and garnish with green onions or fresh cilantro if desired
