Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/4 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons Feta cheese, crumbled
- sliced Kalamata olives, to taste
How To Make spicy shrimp with tomatoes, feta, and olives

Step 1Heat oil over medium-high heat. Saute shrimp along with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp begin to turn pink.

Step 2Add the sliced tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the tomatoes soften.

Step 3Add stock and cook until shrimp are cooked through - be careful not to overcook the shrimp.

Step 4Add the Feta cheese and olives. Stir to mix.

Step 5Serve immediately along with a pasta of your choice - we like orzo pasta. Don't forget the bread.
