Ingredients
- 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 ounces rice vermicelli noodles
- 1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili crisp or any hot sauce you want
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger
- 3 scallions, chopped
- ,chopped roasted nuts for serving
How To Make spicy shrimp with hoisin ginger noodles

Step 1In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the rice noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2Throw in the shrimp and boil 3 or 4 more minutes. Drain.

Step 3Add the noodles and shrimp back to the pan, and add the remaining ingredients except the nuts. Mix over low heat until warmed through.

Step 4Place on plates and garnish with nuts.
