- 4 ahi tuna steaks
- 4 lemon wedges
- 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon each salt, coriander, paprika and black pepper

How To Make spiced rubbed tuna steaks with balsamic reduction

Step 1To make the balsamic reduction. Boil the vinegar until reduced by half. Mix the salt, coriander, paprika, and pepper together.

Step 2Roll the tuna steak edges in the spice mixture. Sear the tuna in the oil 3 minutes per side and then drizzle with balsamic reduction.
