Spanish paella is a rice dish originally from Valencia, Spain. It includes a variety of seafood and uses saffron to increase the flavor. You can choose any kind of seafood as an alternative.

Ingredients
- 15 grams garlic clove
- 50 grams onion, cut in pieces ( 3 cm)
- 30 grams butter, unsalted
- 100 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 60 grams squid, cut in rings
- 100 grams Spanish paella rice
- 270 grams seafood broth
- 20 grams white wine
- 1 pinch - saffron
- 0.25 teaspoon paprika
- 100 grams clams, cleaned
- 0.25 gram black pepper, ground
- 0.25 gram sugar
- 5 grams Parmigiano cheese, grated
How To Make spanish paella

Step 1Place garlic and onion into mixing bowl. Chop 5 sec/speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with scraper.

Step 2Add butter into mixing bowl. Saute 3 mins/120°C/speed 1.

Step 3Add shrimp and squids into mixing bowl. Cook 3 mins/120°C/speed 1. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

Step 4Place paella rice into mixing bowl. Cook 2 mins/120°C/speed 1.

Step 5Add seafood broth, white wine, saffron and paprika into mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket into mixing bowl, add clams into it. Than cook 9 mins/100°C/speed 1. Remove simmering basket and set clams aside.

Step 6Add black pepper and sugar into mixing bowl. Cook 5 mins/100°C/speed 1.

Step 7Transfer into a serving plate and mix with cooked seafood, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
