Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 2 scallion, chopped white and green parts separated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
How To Make soy and ketchup shrimp

Step 1Place 1/2 the oil in a large skillet. Add the shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes on one side. Then flip and cook for 2 minutes on the other side. Remove to a plate and set aside.

Step 2Add the remaining oil. Add the ginger, garlic, and white parts of the scallions. Cook 10 seconds then add the wine, ketchup, and soy sauce.

Step 3Add the shrimp back into the sauce and cook for 1 minute. Add the green parts of the scallion and serve.
