Ingredients
- 2 baby octopus cleaned
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- HERB LEMON OIL
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic minced
- salt & pepper
How To Make sous vide octopus with herb lemon oil

Step 1Heat the circulator to 165 degrees. Place the octopus and the remaining ingredients into a large baggie.

Step 2Immerse the bag in the circulator water bath by the displacement method. Seal the bag and cook for 6 hours.

Step 3Remove the bag from the water and rinse the octopus. Light a grill and grill the octopus until lightly charred.

Step 4Mix the ingredients for the lemon herb oil together and serve with the octopus
