Ingredients
- 6-8 ounces alaskan snow crab meat, frozen or canned
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash cayenne pepper
- milk
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon snipped chives
- cooked broccoli spears
How To Make snow crab mornay with broccoli

Step 1Thaw crab if frozen. Drain and slice, reserving liquid.

Step 2Saute celery, green onion, and garlic in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt, and cayenne.

Step 3Add milk to reserved crab liquid to equal 1 1/4 cups. Add to skillet with sherry wine. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles..

Step 4Add cheese and stir until melted. Fold in crab and chives.

Step 5Serve over cooked broccoli spears.
