My favorite breakfast/lunch restaurant serves this tasty wrap. It's really HUGE, and I always share with my girlfriend, or bring the other half home. Here's my version, in single servings for two, or just make one, and save the rest of the salmon for another day! I'm so hooked on this wrap, I started making it at home for myself, during Covid, and not going out to restaurants.

Feel free to add more, or less, of any of the ingredients. But to me, this hits the spot! The salmon is rich, and I can only eat one wrap. But I know there are others with a larger appetite than mine, so enjoy just one wrap, or both!
