Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon each oil, garlic minced and ginger grated
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 - jalapeno seeded and chopped
- 1 pound shrimp uncooked peeled and deveined
- 1 large tomato pureed in food processor
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- - juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
How To Make singapore sweet chili shrimp

Step 1Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, ginger, green onions, and jalapenos and saute 2 minutes. Mix together the pureed tomato, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, sugar and cornstarch. Add to skillet. Cook until thickened a bit. Stir in the shrimp and cook until pink. Garnish with chives if desired
