Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon each soy sauce and oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 - red bell pepper sliced
- 1 - yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 3 tablespoons chives chopped
- 1/2 pound shrimp peeled and deviened
- 8 ounces rice noodles cooked according to directions
How To Make singapore curry noodles with shrimp

Step 1Mix the chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar together and set aside.

Step 2Add the oil to a large skillet. Saute the peppers, and onion together for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger. Cook 1 more minute. Stir in the curry powder. Pour in the chicken broth mixture.

Step 3Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add the shrimp and chives. Cook until shrimp begins to get pink. Stir in the noodles. Cook 1 minute. Serve
