  • 1 pound jumbo uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup scallions sliced

How To Make shrimp with ginger hoisin glaze

  • Step 1
    Mix the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and soy sauce together. Add oil to a skillet or wok. Add the shrimp and then pour the sauce over the shrimp cook until shrimp turns pink. Add the scallions and cook 1 more minute. Serve
