- 1 pound jumbo uncooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup scallions sliced
How To Make shrimp with ginger hoisin glaze

Step 1Mix the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and soy sauce together. Add oil to a skillet or wok. Add the shrimp and then pour the sauce over the shrimp cook until shrimp turns pink. Add the scallions and cook 1 more minute. Serve
