Ingredients

  • 2 bags frozen shrimp scampi - sam's club
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 3 medium zucchini

How To Make shrimp scampi zoodles

  • Step 1
    Open both bags of frozen shrimp scampi (I get mine from Sam's Club) and place in saute pan.
  • Step 2
    Saute until shrimp is pink and the butter/garlic mixture in melted.
  • Step 3
    Remove shrimp and set aside
  • Step 4
    Spiralize 3 medium zucchini
  • Step 5
    Place zoodles into saute pan with butter and garlic mixture.
  • Step 6
    Saute zoodles for a few minutes so that the zoodles are starting to soften.
  • Step 7
    Add the shrimp back into the pan
  • Step 8
    Add the cherry tomatoes to the shrimp and zoodles.
  • Step 9
    Stir to coat all of the ingredients in the garlic butter sauce
  • Step 10
    Remove from the heat just as the tomatoes begin to blister.
  • Step 11
    Serve
