Ingredients
- 2 bags frozen shrimp scampi - sam's club
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 3 medium zucchini
How To Make shrimp scampi zoodles

Step 1Open both bags of frozen shrimp scampi (I get mine from Sam's Club) and place in saute pan.

Step 2Saute until shrimp is pink and the butter/garlic mixture in melted.

Step 3Remove shrimp and set aside

Step 4Spiralize 3 medium zucchini

Step 5Place zoodles into saute pan with butter and garlic mixture.

Step 6Saute zoodles for a few minutes so that the zoodles are starting to soften.

Step 7Add the shrimp back into the pan

Step 8Add the cherry tomatoes to the shrimp and zoodles.

Step 9Stir to coat all of the ingredients in the garlic butter sauce

Step 10Remove from the heat just as the tomatoes begin to blister.

Step 11Serve
