Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- fresh dill, for garnish
- crackers, for serving
How To Make shrimp salad

Step 1Place the Cajun seasoning in a pan with about 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add the shrimp. Cook about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp with a slotted spoon and let cool. Cut into small pieces.

Step 2Place shrimp in a bowl and add the red onion and red pepper. Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice and Dijon mustard. Mix into the shrimp mixture. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3Serve with fresh dill and crackers.
