Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine

How To Make shrimp in herbed butter

  • Step 1
    Mix the butter, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic together in a small food processor. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Place a skillet on the stove. Add a little oil. Lay the shrimp in a single layer over medium high heat. Add the wine and cook for 1 minute. Turn the shrimp and add the herbed butter. Cook another minute then turn the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes. Serve with the herbed butter and some soft bread for dipping in the butter.
