Ingredients For shrimp goulash

  • 1 can
    artichoke hearts
  • 1 bag
    carrot, shredded
  • 1 bag
    sweet potatoes and cauliflower frozen
  • 1 bag
    frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic
  • 2 lb
    frozen shrimp raw tail on cleaned
  • 1/2 stick
    butter

How To Make shrimp goulash

  • 1
    Melt 1/2 stick butter, add garlic (I used Tblsp of jarred garlic). Cook on medium heat. Once garlic has cooked a little just add all the other ingredients. Cook until shrimp turns pink
