Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1 bag carrot, shredded
- 1 bag sweet potatoes and cauliflower frozen
- 1 bag frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 2 pounds frozen shrimp raw tail on cleaned
- 1/2 stick butter
How To Make shrimp goulash

Step 1Melt 1/2 stick butter, add garlic (I used Tblsp of jarred garlic). Cook on medium heat. Once garlic has cooked a little just add all the other ingredients. Cook until shrimp turns pink
