16shrimp, peeled deveined

2bundles cellophane noodles

2 Tbspolive oil

2green onions, chopped white and green parts separated

2 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbspoyster sauce

1/2 Tbsptoasted sesame oil

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 tspwhite pepper

furikake, sweet chilie sauce, yuzu
How To Make shrimp fun see

1Boil a pan of water big enough to hold the noodles. Place the noodles in the boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes.

2Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Set aside.

3Add olive oil to a wok or skillet. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes. Drain the noodles and cut them into smaller pieces. Add the noodles to the pan. Pour the sauce over top. Mix and cook until the shrimp are cooked through and everything is warm. Plate in a bowl and sprinkle Furikake, sweet chili sauce, and the dark parts of the green onions. Pour a little Yuzu sauce and enjoy.
