- 4 cups cooked rice, parboiled
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 stalks green onions
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 cup peas & carrots
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 2 eggs, lightly scrambled
- low sodium soy sauce
How To Make shrimp fried rice

Step 1In a wok or large skillet, add oil,onions & garlic saute a few mins.

Step 2Add in the rice small amounts at a time, tossing with the onions & garlic.

Step 3Add in the rest of ingredients and incorporate well, tossing continuously, cover and let shrimp turn pink, then toss again and done!
