Ingredients
- 2 pounds cleaned shrimp
- 1 - cap full of shrimp/crab boil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- tablespoon cajun seasoning (tony"s)
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 1 - chopped green pepper
- 1 - chopped onion
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 24 ounces fettucini noodles
- 10 ounces can mild rotel
- 10 1/2 ounces can cream of chicken
- 14 1/2 ounces chicken broth
- 1 pint half n half
- - block jalapeno velveeta, cubed
How To Make shrimp fettucini

Step 1Get pot of salted water ready to boil. Preheat oven to 350. Heat heavy pot slowly. Season shrimp with shrimp/crab boil, garlic salt, & Cajun seasoning. Mix well & refrigerate.

Step 2Melt butter in pot & add chopped vegetables & garlic. Cook 20 min. stirring often. Add rotel to vegetables & cook about 3-5 min. Add shrimp & cook another 2-3 min. til shrimp are nice & pink. Boil noodles while vegetables are cooking, drain when cheese is melted in the next step.

Step 3Add cream of chicken & chicken broth & stir well. Add half and half & cook a couple of min. Add a small block of jalapeno velveeta & cook til melted. Add in noodles & mix well. Put in a baking dish & baked foil covered for 20 min.
