This is one of the first dishes I learned to cook and it is easy and delicious.

Convection Oven


  • 3/4 c
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    campbells' frend onion soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium
    bell pepper
  • 1 medium
    chopped onion
  • 2 lb
    raw shrimp, peeled
  • 2 c
    raw rice
  • 2 Tbsp
    salt and pepper (to taste)

How to Make Shrimp Delight


  1. Melt butter and place in a baking dish. Add your ingredients and mix well. Make sure your mixture is soupy.
  2. Bake 1 hour covered. After 30 minutes, stir and return to oven.
  3. After one hour check to make sure your rice is done. If it is, remove the pan. If it it isn't quite soft enough and you don't have any more moisture in the pan simply add a half cup of broth or water and return to the over for another 20 minutes.
