I had some thawed shrimp that we didnt have time to make over the weekend in the refrigerator; I hate waste so I decided to cook some up for my dinner. My husband frequently travels during the week so it is sometimes a challenge to actually MAKE and EAT something! I came up with this speedy dish and I just had to write it down--even if only for me!

Step-by-Step

  • 2Heat a heavy skillet and add the butter to melt. Then add garlic and onion and stir for a minute or so to soften.
  • 3Add shrimp to skillet in one layer and let simmer for 3 or 4 minutes. Stir and turn over.
