Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup lobster meat
- 1 small yam, peeled and sliced into matchsticks
- 1 medium shallot, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 3 ounces rice noodles
How To Make shrimp and lobster mango chutney curry with yams

Step 1Cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.

Step 2Add olive oil to a wok or large skillet. Add the shallots, garlic, yam matchsticks, and shrimp Cook until the shrimp is pink. Stir in the curry powder and lobster meat.

Step 3Add the chicken stock and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4Stir in the mango chutney and heavy cream. Cook for another 2 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve over the noodles.
