Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1 pound unpeeled, medium sized fresh shrimp
- 3 - Roma tomatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon chili oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dillweed
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup frozen English peas
- 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
How To Make shrimp and fresh vegetable pasta

Step 1Bring the water to a boil. Add the shrimp, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well, and rinse with cold water. Chill. Peel and devein the shrimp.

Step 2Place the shrimp in a large bowl. Add the tomato and the next 11 ingredients. Toss gently to combine. Cover and chill.

Step 3Cook the peas according to the package instructions. Drain well, and set the peas aside.

Step 4Cook the broccoli in a small amount of boiling water for 1 minute. Drain well, and rinse with cold water. Add the broccoli to the peas, and toss gently. Add the reserved shrimp mixture, tossing gently to combine.

Step 5Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain well. Add the shrimp mixture, and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
