Ingredients
- TUNA
- 10 tablespoons black and white mix sesame seeds
- 4 4 oz tuna steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ZOODLE SALAD
- 2 medium zucchinis peeled or not cut into ribbons or spirals
- 1 large beef steak tomatoes sliced
- 2 avocados sliced
- DRESSING
- 1 tablespoon ginger grated
- 2 limes zested and juiced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make sesame crusted tuna steak w zoodle salad

Step 1Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together and set aside. Prepare the zucchini, tomato and avocado.

Step 2Place the sesame seeds on a flat plate. Get a skillet or cast iron pan hot and add the oil. Dredge the tuna in the sesame seeds and sear on each side about 3 minutes. Stand them up on the edges.

Step 3To serve cut the tuna in slices. Place on plate Add the salad items then drizzle the dressing over everything
