Ingredients
- BLACKBERRY SAUCE
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups blackberries
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 16 medium sea scallops
- cilantro microgreens
How To Make seared sea scallops with blackberry sauce

Step 1Add the balsamic vinegar to a large pot. Bring to a boil and let reduce for 7 minutes. Add the blackberries to the vinegar. Cook 3 minutes and with a slotted spoon remove blackberries to bowl and set aside. Bring the sauce to a boil and again and reduce 3 more minutes. Pour over the blackberries and set aside.

Step 2Season the Scallops with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil into a skillet. Brown the scallops on each side about 3 minutes. each.

Step 3Serve the scallops over the blackberries and garnish with cilantro microgreens.
