    black sesame seeds for garnish

How to Make Seared Ahi Tuna in Ginger, Soy Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. mix the first 6 ingredients together and let sit to marry the flavors.
  2. Season the tuna with salt and pepper. Add oil to a skillet. Sear the tuna on all sides until desired doneness.
  3. spread some dressing on a plate. Top with the tuna steak and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
