- 1 tablespoon chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 1 tuna steak
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- black sesame seeds for garnish
