Ingredients
- 1 pound large button mushrooms washed and stemed
- 4 large shrimp shelled deviened and tails removed chopped
- 8 ounces crab meat flaked
- 4 green onions chopped
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- MORNAY CHEESE SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup each parmesan and mozzerella cheese
How To Make seafood stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Melt the butter in a saucepan whisk in the flour. Cook 2 minutes. Slowly add the heavy cream whisking until thick. Add the Parmesan and Mozzarella and let it melt.

Step 2Add the shrimp and crab to the sauce. Stir to combine.

Step 3Preheat oven 375 degrees. Place the mushrooms top side down on greased baking sheet. Fill each with the seafood mixture. You want it to over flow a little. Top with Swiss cheese.

Step 4Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve
