Ingredients
- 1 - potato, chopped
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 - carrots, chopped
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomatoe sauce, small
- 1/2 pound andouille sausage, cut into small pieces
- 1-2 tablespoon old bay seasoning
- 1/2 - 3/4 pounds shrimp
- 1 cup crab meat
- - water to cover by 1/2 inch
How To Make seafood stew

Step 1Put first nine ingredients in 10 inch DO. If needed, add water to cover ingredients by ½ inch of liquid.

Step 2Bring to a boil and bring down the heat until the stew simmers. Simmer until the vegetables begin to turn soft.

Step 3Add shrimp and crab meat and cook another five to ten minutes.

Step 4Serve with bread or rolls. Makes approximately eight servings.

Step 5You can add other seafood like clams, white fish, scallops and crawfish.
