Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For seafood stew

1potato, chopped
-
1onion, chopped
-
2 stalkcelery, chopped
-
1carrots, chopped
-
1 canchicken broth
-
1 candiced tomatoes
-
1 cantomatoe sauce, small
-
1/2 lbandouille sausage, cut into small pieces
-
1-2 Tbspold bay seasoning
-
1/2 - 3/4 lbshrimp
-
1 ccrab meat
-
water to cover by 1/2 inch
How To Make seafood stew

1Put first nine ingredients in 10 inch DO. If needed, add water to cover ingredients by ½ inch of liquid.

2Bring to a boil and bring down the heat until the stew simmers. Simmer until the vegetables begin to turn soft.

3Add shrimp and crab meat and cook another five to ten minutes.

4Serve with bread or rolls. Makes approximately eight servings.

5You can add other seafood like clams, white fish, scallops and crawfish.
