Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can lump crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1 (4 oz.) can tiny shrimp, drained
- 1/4 cup cooked, chopped scallops
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cucumber dressing
- 1 stalk celery, chopped finely
- 1 small carrot, shredded
- 4 - ripe olives, finely chopped
- 1 small roma tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- - green leaf lettuce
- 4 - pita poclets
How To Make seafood salad

Step 1In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pita pockets and lettuce.

Step 2Line each pita with a lettuce leaf.

Step 3Spoon seafood mixture, divided evenly, into each pocket.
