I love to create simple, tasteful recipes with minimal ingredients, and this one is definitly a winner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound mussels
  • 1 pound clams
  • 5 - garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 8 ounces linguini, cooked al dente
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red peppers
  • - salt/pepper
  • - parsley to garnish
  • - drizzle of olive oil

How To Make seafood linguini

  • Step 1
    In a large pan, melt butter with the drizzle of olive oil, add in the garlic and white wine.
  • Step 2
    combine all seafood and cover on medium about 10-15 mins, until clams and mussels have opened and shrimp are pink and cooked through, stir gently.
  • Step 3
    sprinkle with the salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Step 4
    serve over linguini and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired..garnish with parsley.
