  • 1 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb
  • 1 lb
  • 5
    garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1/2 stick
  • 1 c
    white wine
  • 8 oz
    linguini, cooked al dente
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red peppers
  • ·
  • ·
    parsley to garnish
  • ·
    drizzle of olive oil

How to Make Seafood Linguini


  1. In a large pan, melt butter with the drizzle of olive oil, add in the garlic and white wine.
  2. combine all seafood and cover on medium about 10-15 mins, until clams and mussels have opened and shrimp are pink and cooked through, stir gently.
  3. sprinkle with the salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. serve over linguini and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired..garnish with parsley.
